An advisor reading a prepared brief before a meeting

For IMOs, event companies and platforms

Financial decision intelligence. The layer between the lead you deliver and the meeting that decides whether it counted.

You supply the leads, the events, or the software. What happens in the first meeting decides whether any of it converts, and today that meeting runs on whatever the advisor can read in ten minutes.

Your Money Mirror turns a 14-question survey into a structured read of how one person evaluates a financial decision: how they weigh risk, what builds or breaks trust, the concerns they raise, and the language that fits them. The advisor gets it before the conversation.

Four minutes, free. The fastest way to judge it is to read one written about you.

Where it fits

Your pipeline already works. The handoff is where it leaks.

01

You deliver the opportunity

A seat at the seminar, a booked appointment, a name in the CRM. That part is already measured, and you already own it.

02

The advisor prepares blind

They know the account size and the appointment time. They do not know how this person decides, what reassures them, or the sentence that ends the conversation.

03

The meeting decides everything

Two advisors given identical leads get different outcomes, and the difference is rarely the plan. It is whether the conversation fit the person.

Decision intelligence sits in step two, where nothing is measured and everything is decided.

What it produces

Signals an advisor can act on, not a personality label.

Decision signals

How the person tends to weigh risk against opportunity, how quickly they move, and whether they decide on proof or on trust.

Language that fits

The framing that lands with this person and the framing that costs the conversation, written as sentences the advisor can use.

What they will push back on

The objections most likely to surface, surfaced before the meeting rather than during it.

Readiness

How prepared this person appears to be for a real advisory conversation, so time goes where it is most likely to matter.

The position we take

Understand better. Not sell harder.

Every advisor already adapts to the person in front of them. They do it from guesswork, halfway through the meeting, under time pressure.

This asks the person first, in their own words, and hands the advisor a preparation brief. It gives no advice, produces no score for the prospect, and never tells anyone how to apply pressure.

A partner can defend that position in front of a compliance committee. That is the point of framing it this way.

Security and diligence

What is true today, and what isn’t.

Vendor diligence is the reason most tools stall inside a partner organisation, so here is the honest position rather than a badge.

What the survey never collects

No account numbers, balances, income, Social Security numbers or health data. It asks how a person thinks about money, not what they have.

Shipped controls

Multi-factor authentication enforced for administrators, an append-only audit log, tenant isolation enforced in the database, and a written data retention and deletion policy.

We are not SOC 2 certified

We will not claim an audit we have not completed. If your diligence requires one, tell us where it sits in your timeline and we will be straight with you about ours.

Documents on request

An information security safeguards statement and the data retention and deletion policy, both written for counsel rather than for marketing.

What a partnership looks like

Three ways partners use it.

Give it to your advisors. Each advisor sends their own branded link, wherever they already reach people: a confirmation email, a bio link, the handout at the back of the room.

Put it in front of your own audience. The four-minute survey is something to offer a room, a list, or a webinar audience, and the advisor gets a reason to call everyone who completes it.

License the method. The model underneath is ours, and we are open to conversations about licensing or deeper integration. What exists today is the advisor-branded link and the dossier; anything beyond that is a build we would scope with you, not a feature we are claiming.
